John Wilson is Principal of Terminus Realty Advisors located in Atlanta, Georgia. He specializes in tenant representation for industrial and office properties. His background also includes extensive industrial landlord representation including portfolios for CALSTRS, INVESCO and TIAA-CREF.


Mr. Wilson’s client representation services include site selection, build-to- suits, lease negotiation and surplus disposition. He has signifigant multi market experience haveing represented his
clients in Miami, Dallas, Chicago, New York, Atlanta and Los Angeles.

A partial list of clients include Forward Air, Yusen Logistics, Havells America , Fuji Film , AVX/ Kyocera and Rockwell Collins , Schawk and Boeing.


Prior to forming Terminus Realty Advisors he was with CB Richard Ellis and Insignia/ESG . His real estate career began with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate in 1988 . Prior to 1988 , he was with Morton Thiokol Corporation, serving as a Regional Sales Manager for that firm. He has also held positions with Avery International and Time, Inc.

Mr. Wilson received BS and MBA degrees from Western Carolina University. He is currently completing his CCIM designation, and he is an active member of CoreNet Global, the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. In addition, Mr. Wilson is a member and has served on the board of The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Less
