John Seoane is a licensed Real Estate Agent, specializing in Industrial Buildings and Investment Properties in the Inland Empire West.

In 1999, John moved to Southern California, where he graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Business Finance, and a concentration in Financial Management and Investment Principles. While attending college, John was actively involved in the campus and surrounding communities, joining campus groups, including Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, Business Mentoring Program, Learning Alliance, and the Peer Mentoring Program. Mr. Seoane also dedicated a great deal of time organizing and participating in philanthropic events which donated money to the Make a Wish Foundation, Breast Cancer Research, Battered Women's Shelter, and Sigma Alpha Epsilon Foundation.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, John worked as an intern with Washington Mutual Home Loans. Working side-by-side with senior loan consultants John gained knowledge on the entire loan process from dealing with Escrow and Title companies to getting loans approved. John also worked at Warnick Maestas & Maroney, an accounting firm in Newport Beach. He worked for one of their largest clients in the oil business handling all accounting tasked involved to run the business.
