John Quinn joined McEnearney Associates in 1985 and was instrumental in establishing the Commercial Office two years later. John has a background in urban planning, engineering and the development of properties. His experience includes planning of commercial and housing urban renewal projects in Alexandria for the City along with administering these projects for the Housing Authority. John was involved as a partner in a real estate development company requiring finance, marketing and construction activities. Since joining McEnearney, John has been involved in the sale of office buildings, industrial properties, as well as parcels of land for development and has represented both owners and tenants, including national firms such as Charles Schwab and H&R Block, in leasing of all types of property. John is licensed as a real estate broker in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia and is active in all jurisdictions.
