Mr. DuBois began his commercial real estate career in 1979 as the Director of Commercial Properties for SDI Community Developers, responsible for the development and leasing of over 500,000 square feet of retail and office space. In 1985 he founded a privately held real estate development company, where he developed a $150 million portfolio of commercial properties. As a result of John's experience in the development business, he has acquired a broad base of knowledge in all aspects of commercial real estate.

Joining the Investment Properties Group of CB Richard Ellis in 1991, John partnered with Jon Gianulias in 1996 to form a team dedicated exclusively to the sale of retail investment properties. The team has a narrow focus on retail investments, but covers a wide geographic area encompassing all of Northern and Central California.
