Harry Tangalakis

Mr. Tangalakis has been with CB Richard Ellis in the industrial division since 1981 when he joined the Fort Lauderdale office. During the past 29 years, Mr. Tangalakis has served the company as both Sales Manager of the Miami, Florida office and sales leader in the Fort Lauderdale/Broward County market. As a consistent top producer, Mr. Tangalakis has been involved in excess of 600 lease transactions. He has also been involved in the sale of numerous industrial user buildings/investor buildings and industrial land opportunities for both build-to-suit and speculation. Harry’s extensive background in the various transaction types gives him a wealth of experience and knowledge, which he utilizes in providing superior client service.
