Greg Frankum is responsible for leasing and marketing a number of properties within CB Richard Ellis' Atlanta Asset Services group. Frankum oversees both high-rise urban office buildings such as Resurgens Plaza in Buckhead, suburban high- and mid-rise buildings including Crown Pointe and 100 Ashford Center North in the Central Perimeter area, and suburban campus-type developments like Powers Ferry Landing West in Northwest Atlanta.

Frankum is one of Atlanta's most successful leasing agents, consistently placing among the Top Five producers in the annual National Association of Office and Industrial Park's (NAIOP's) ranking. Over the past three years, he has completed 300 leases with an aggregate value of $133 million. Frankum's aggressive marketing of Powers Ferry Landing West resulted in occupancy increasing from 76% to over 96% in less than two years, which is the highest occupancy of the park since its inception in 1974.

Before being named a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, Frankum was a Director with Insignia/ESG prior to that firm's merger with CBRE. Before joining Insignia/ESG, Frankum was with Tishman West, where he successfully and simultaneously completed two property repositioning programs, securing over 110,000 square feet of new leases. The enhancements enabled both assets to be transitioned to new owners with Frankum being an integral part of the transition sales team. Previously, he was a commercial leasing agent with Equitec Properties Company, representing office, industrial and retail space.

Frankum holds Georgia and Pennsylvania Real Estate Sales licenses and is a member of the Cobb County Board of Realtors. He has exceeded the qualifications for the Million Dollar Club every year since his real estate career commenced in 1987.
