Joining MB Real Estate in 1992, Mr. Denenberg oversees leasing activity for all buildings in MB Real Estate’s leasing portfolio. This includes managing on-site leasing representatives, setting leasing strategies, and advising clients on investments. He also manages the firm's collection of market data and comparable deal economics.

In addition, Mr. Denenberg is the account executive and senior leasing representative for two properties in Chicago’s Central Business District. His professional, organized, and responsive approach to leasing has resulted in both successfully completing transactions with the brokerage community and in satisfying the objectives of building owners.

During his career in the Chicago real estate market, Mr. Denenberg has completed more than 350 lease transactions for over 4.5 million square feet worth over $1.5 billion for clients such as Bank One, Northern Trust Corporation, ABN AMRO Bank, Wells Fargo, Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, UBS Paine Webber, Société Générale, Towers Perrin, and the Hyatt Corporation.

He has created value for real estate owners such as the General Electric Company, Prudential Financial, Inc., Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, Mitsui & Company, and the Chetrit Group.

Prior to joining MB Real Estate, Mr. Denenberg specialized in tenant representation with Rubloff Properties. Before that, Mr. Denenberg worked on various industrial opportunities with Matanky Realty Group, Inc.

In 2002, Mr. Denenberg was awarded the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Award for Excellence for the office transaction of the year, which was a 350,000 square foot, 20-year lease with Northern Trust Bank. The transaction precipitated the $245 million sale of Chicago's 181 West Madison.

Mr. Denenberg holds a Juris Doctorate from the Chicago Kent College of Law and Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois. Less
