(6) Demsarmor paperless drywall which substitutes glass mat facings for the paper facings found on regular dywall and removes a potential food source for mold development,
(7) Interface carpeting made from 100% recycled material and emits low VOCs,
(8) Marmoleum floor coverings which emit no VOCs and are naturally bactericidal.

Other “Sustainable” building methodologies include:

100% recycling of construction material debris
Locally adapted vegetation for exterior plantings allowing the removal of irrigation
