Frank Pagano joined Corporate National Realty (CNR) in 1990 and is currently a partner in the firm. Specializing in corporate leasing and sales negotiation, Frank believes strongly that his role extends far beyond concluding transactions. As a tenant advocate, his goal is to aggressively pursue what's best for his clients, helping to ensure their long term success through savvy real estate decisions.
Frank has successfully negotiated leasing and sales transactions for clients such as TIG Insurance Company (6 transactions totaling 224,000 square feet), Ericsson Messaging Systems, Inc. (77,000 square feet), Great American Insurance (20 transactions totaling 200,000 square feet), Merchant's Insurance Group (10 Transactions totaling 35,000 square feet), The New College for Holistic Health and Medicine (65,000 square feet), Banker's Life Insurance Company (35,000 square feet), American Arbitration Association (20,000 square feet) Christopher Thomas Associates (3 transactions totaling 12,000 square feet) and numerous other transactions.
Because of his strong business ethics and excellent client service, Frank has twice earned Corporate National Realty's award as top salesman of the year.
Prior to his successful career in real estate, Frank trained thoroughbred horses and maintains a record as "the youngest trainer" to win a New York Stakes Race ($75,000 Stakes). Although he is still passionate about the sport, his involvement is limited to owning a summer house in Saratoga and enjoying the season with family, friends and long time colleagues.
