Eric joined TerraCRG in the summer of 2013 as the Administrative Processor for the company’s financing division, working alongside the SVP of Debt Financing Efrat Sharon. TerraCRG’s Debt Financing Division originates commercial mortgages for the acquisition, refinancing, development and redevelopment of commercial real estate properties. Eric provides administrative support for the division’s in-process financing deals and creates marketing materials for loan requests. Eric is also involved in managing communications with lenders and borrowers.
Eric is currently completing his bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship from CUNY Baruch.
Eric grew up and lives in Rockland County, NY. In his spare time he enjoys playing hockey, basketball, and skiing during the winter months as well as listening to a broad range of music and traveling.
