Prior to joining RE/MAX, Eric was a Nielsen consultant for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, working alongside SPHE’s global commercial planning, commercial strategy, finance, marketing, and sales executives.

He has over 4 years of experience as an analyst in the finance and accounting fields. His lead work with Bank of America with Administration and Secured Credit Home Loans Underwriting focused on complex forecasting, future-planning, month-end reporting/closing functions and ad-hoc analysis. Prior to working at Bank of America, Eric’s passion for real estate and valuation started at Frazier Capital. FCV specializes in the valuation of private/public equity businesses and financial instruments, commercial real estate investments, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) and the counseling of business owners and commercial real property owners.
