Eddie went to work for Biltmore Farms, Inc. in 2000 where he was responsible for the sales and leasing of their office and retail portfolio. During his 5-year employment, he worked closely with the development and management departments on leasing and marketing strategies for new developments as well as insuring that new buildings got leased and existing centers maintained strong tenant mixes. Additionally, he facilitated the acquisition and disposition of investment properties for Biltmore Farms, Inc.

Eddie joined Spake Real Estate in January of 2006. His experience working with a broad range of retailers, corporations, and medical practices as a Landlord representative gives him great insight and expertise in the commercial brokerage & development environment.

In December 2009 Eddie made the step to go out on his own and start Dewey Property Advisors. A full service brokerage firm.

Eddie has brokered 55+ million in deals.

Eddie is past president of the Asheville Commercial Investment Realty Association. He has served on the Finance Committee, and chaired the Commercial Investment Division for the Asheville Board of Realtors.
