The combination of plant and lot is large enough to support one or
more additional businesses or to accommodate a significantly expanded firewood business. The oversized +/-18.5 acre land site not only provides for future expansion, but it also allows an owner the opportunity to subdivide and sell off the excess land for profit if and when necessary.
Another very important feature of the site is that it lies just north of the nearby Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad which runs from Chicago to Los Angeles. The area surrounding the Winslow property includes a mix of older
warehouse- distribution-manufacturing buildings, and a few older residential subdivisions. Accessibility from Old Highway 66 is very good, while visibility from Old Highway 66 is excellent.
