Over 28 years as a CA real estate licensee, Ed provided property consulting and brokerage services for corporations and institutional property owners mostly of industrial real estate in Silicon Valley. Besides completing national and international property transactions, Ed’s specialization resulted in the accumulated sales and leasing of over 11.6 million square feet of industrial building space alone, encompassing hundreds of transactions and clients.
Although historically focused on industrial real estate services, over the last decade Ed expanded his focus to facilitate the evolution and needs of Silicon Valley real estate toward urban SMART Growth planning, jobs/housing balancing measures, and Transit Oriented mixed-use redevelopments.
