Dieter Tack, a licensed real estate broker, has been honing his skills as a broker associate and property supervisor with ADR/Preferred Business Properties since 1996. As such, he is responsible for property management and brokerage services for both landlords and tenants.

Dieter also has significant experience supervising industrial and commercial properties, and is well-versed in managing and oversight of tenant improvement construction, waterproofing, roofing projects, seismic retrofit work as well as environmental remediation issues.

Dieter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Pepperdine University and is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association.
