Dennis Someck joined Lee & Associates NYC (Lee NYC) as a principal and an executive managing director in its office brokerage division in 2011. Mr. Someck is a 30-year commercial real estate industry veteran who specializes in representing tenants in the acquisition and disposition of office space. He has completed more than 800 transactions in the New York metropolitan area. Some of his most notable clients include: Anna Sui Corp., Vitech Systems Group, The Marwood Group, Invision, The Spector Group, OMGPOP, and The Seaport Group. Before joining Lee NYC, Mr. Someck was an executive managing director at George Comfort & Sons for 10 years and, prior to that, a senior vice president at Collins Tuttle & Company. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and has served on its Grand Central Committee for the past 10 years.
