Over his 25-year real estate career, Mr. Workman has been involved in more than $1 billion in investment sales and leasing transactions. He brings a substantial roster of relationships, including some of the most recognized names in investment, hospitality, entertainment, media, manufacturing, financial and professional services. Select clients have included: Entertainment Properties Trust, The Rosen Group, Hampshire Hotels and Resorts (HHR), Pace University, Masco Corporation, The Equitable Life Assurance Co., Met Life, Principal Life Assurance Company, Safeco Insurance, Phoenix Partners, Abrams Artists Agency, Major League Gaming, Studio Instrument Rentals (SIR), Wilhelmina Models, Love Realty, Empire Management, Metromedia and Centre Reinsurance.

Mr. Workman has initiated a number of off-market transactions throughout his career, which has garnered him a notable reputation among major developers. His select current projects include working with the developer of a high-end national hotel chain for a New York City location (200-300 rooms), along with the off-market sale of an approximately 350,000-square-foot Midtown New York City office building and the off-market negotiation for a luxury portfolio of properties, among others.

SELECT INVESTMENT TRANSACTIONS
Acted as buyer broker for an investment group in the acquisition of 2 off-market downtown office buildings at 67 Broad Street and 39 Broadway, totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet
Represented Pace University in the off-market acquisition of a property exceeding 100,000 square feetat 106 Fulton Street for redevelopment as additional dormitory, classroom and administrative office
Sale of 84,000 square feet of air rights on behalf of SIR to HHR for a record amount at 310 W. 52nd Street (at Eighth Avenue)
Sale of 54 Thompson Street for over $12 million for residential conversion
Sale of 1,000 acres of land (Tennanah Lake Golf & Tennis Club) in Roscoe, NY, (Catskills) on behalf of Safeco for a record amount to a national investor for future development
Sale of 16 shopping centers and convenience stores in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina to The Rosen Organization

Most recently, Mr. Workman was part owner of a residential and retail complex with over 600 apartments. He draws his financial expertise from his roots in Wall Street at Merrill Lynch as well as Big Five accounting firm Ernst & Young. Early in his career, he also served as a senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis/Koll Real Estate Group.

Mr. Workman is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He lives in Chatham, NJ, with his wife, Sabina, and four-and-a-half year old son, Austin.
