Daniel Greenberg

Daniel oversees the leasing of the Momentum portfolio and sources new acquisitions. Daniel spends a significant amount of time identifying and pursuing off market acquisition opportunities. Based on his leasing input and knowledge, he is involved in the design and layout of lease spaces to ensure they are generic and appeal to as many prospects as possible. He has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 10 years. Prior to joining Momentum, Daniel was recruited to manage the finance division and was actively involved in the development division of Genesis Real Estate Group in Dallas, a national multi-family institutional developer. While attending college, Daniel founded Campus Cribs, LLC, a highly successful real estate brokerage firm specializing in tenant representation. Daniel holds a Broker’s License in the State of Texas and is also an active member in the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). Daniel attended the University of Texas at Austin where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business. Daniel was born and raised in Dallas and currently resides in Dallas.
