Dane Thomson - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Dane began his real estate career in 1994 with Harvard & Associates in Plano, where his focus was on tenant representation and project leasing for clients mainly in the Northeast corridor of the Metroplex. Dane left Harvard & Associates to join The Fadoir Company (now known as Alliance Commercial) where he continued to concentrate on tenant representation in the northeast corridor and also began handling property disposition and acquisitions.

Dane was Top Producer at The Fadoir Company for three consecutive years. In 1999, he joined the Bradford Companies where he focused on tenant representation and project leasing for large institutional owners including Principal Financial Group, Northwestern Mutual Life & REEF Funds. At Bradford, Dane's team was named Top Producers for 1999 & 2000.

In December 2000, Dane joined The Holt Companies, the second largest landlord representative in Dallas/Ft. Worth. At The Holt Companies, Dane was responsible for project leasing with a focus on the north and northeast corridors of the Metroplex and was responsible for an approximately 3,000,000 square feet tenant base. He represented institutional owners that included TA Realty Associates, Invesco, Principal Financial Group, First Industrial & Aetna.

In January 2002 Dane formed Thomson Realty Group. With the experience garnered from positions at some of the top Dallas real estate firms, Dane decided to build a company based on personal attention, superior service and attention to detail for each and every client.

Dane is a graduate of The University of North Texas. He is happily married and has five children. He is an active member of North Highlands Bible Church and is involved in the Lake Highlands Exchange Club, the Northeast Dallas Chamber and Young Life as an East Dallas Committee member. Less
