Daniel Shabel joined the FAMECO team in 2003. Currently, Daniel is a member of our Investment Sales Division. He focuses on the purchase and sale of shopping centers, as well as land acquisition for development. In addition to his numerous local clients, he is the exclusive land acquisition representative in New Jersey for The Keith Corporation, a North Carolina–based developer that will build approximately half of the new Tractor Supply Company sites in the United States. Prior to joining Fameco, Daniel was a real estate attorney in the Philadelphia area for twelve years, representing both tenants and landlords. He also spent close to three years working for Jones Lang LaSalle, in its Tenant Representation Group, performing site selection and lease negotiation for Fortune 500 companies in the New York City metropolitan area. After graduating from Brandeis University with honors, Dan attended Rutgers University Law School and is admitted to the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York bars.
