Chuck has over twenty successful years of experience in the Leasing and Brokerage business. Chuck started his career in 1989 as the Exclusive Leasing Agent with The Widewaters Group, Inc. In 1996 Chuck was promoted to Director of Office Leasing for the Syracuse Office Portfolio in which he had great success managing for over 9 years. This Portfolio was comprised of 18 Class "A" office properties totaling 1.3 Million Square feet.

In 2005 Chuck left The Widewaters Group, Inc. to join JF Real Estate, Inc. to focus on Exclusive Tenant Representation. In a short three year period Chuck represented over fifty well known companies which combined for over 700,000 square feet of leased space.

In January of 2009 Chuck, along with Courtney Wilson, formed CBD Companies, LLC where he is the President and Managing Partner of CBD Brokerage, LLC. Chuck will continue to focus on Tenant Representations, Exclusive Representation and General Brokerage and will continue to market and grow the many services available through the CBD Companies.

Chuck is a 1987 graduate of Syracuse University and resides in Manlius with his wife Marie and their four children. Less
