R. Carson Wilson

Carson Wilson joined Fidelis as an analyst and leasing agent in August of 2003 and in 2009 was promoted to the role of Marketing Director. In 2013, he was promoted to Vice President - Leasing, and in 2023, to Senior Vice President – Leasing & Development. He was the second employee hired by Fidelis, now with over 100 team members. He has consistently been the top-producing agent every year since 2003. During his career, Carson has been directly involved in the leasing and development or redevelopment of more than 13 million square feet of commercial real estate in several states in the US. His primary focus is on anchor leasing for the Fidelis portfolio. He has also been hired to serve as an expert witness on landlord and tenant matters in various legal proceedings. Carson is a native Houstonian. He graduated from The Kinkaid School in 1998 and then earned his BBA in real estate finance from Southern Methodist University in 2003. He is an active member of ICSC and St Martin’s Church. He and his wife, Lindsey, have two young sons.
