Mr. Greene joined CFC at its inception and his dedication and experience has been instrumental in our becoming a market leader. Mr. Greene has been very active over the past several years an been a leading broker in completed transactions, square footage leased, and projects delivered to market within our service market. Mr. Greene has a high level of expertise in marketing and leasing, lease analysis and negotiations, market analysis, investment valuation, lease versus own analysis, sale lease back analysis, disposition sales, section 1031 tax deferred exchanges, development analysis, fee development, receivership and equity capital management. Mr. Greene also serves as a court appointed receiver and asset manager for non-performing lender REO assets.

Mr. Greene has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member ("CCIM") designation from the CCIM Institute an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Mr. Greene was awarded the “SIOR” designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors a professional affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Mr. Greene received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Greene served on the NCAR Realtors Commercial Alliance Board of Governors, is a Past-President of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina (RCASENC) and a member of the North Carolina Economic Developers Association.

Mr. Greene is a member of St Andrews-Covenant Presbyterian Church and Cape Fear Rotary and a supporter of community organizations within the area. He resides in Wilmington with his wife Suzanne and their children Wilson and Eliza. Less
