BRIAN SEIDEL Brian graduated from Florida State University in 2007 where he studied Social Psychology and History. He officially began his American Property Group career at the age of 15, learning the business from the bottom doing part time property maintenance, deliveries and sign installation and cleaning. He obtained his Real Estate License at the age of 19 and began working at American Property Group full time in 2008. Brian's areas of practice are Retail, Industrial, Office, Land and Property Management. Brian also obtained the very prestigous CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2011. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis – the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. In the future Brian hopes to continue American Property Group’s stellar record of Sales and Leasing coupled with dependable service in the Sarasota area through fair dealing and hard work.
