Angela Moore serves as a Senior Advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale of investment properties including shopping centers and land in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 17 years of experience, Moore has secured over 100 transactions in her career.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Moore served as Buyer/Tenant representative agent at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, and Landlord/Seller representative agent with Richard Bowers & Company. Moore’s clients included: Ingles Markets, New York Life Insurance, Tutor Time Childcare, Hoover Company, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Statefarm Insurance, Moto Photo, Mail Boxes Etc., Simmons Company and The Mattress Firm. When The Mattress Firm expanded into the Atlanta market, Moore located and negotiated the timing of several simultaneous retail store openings, corporate office, and warehouse facilities.

Recently, Moore sold three large land parcels used for a shopping center, a subdivision development and a rehabilitation center. Moore not only brokered the properties, but also aided in the rezoning and development.

Moore is a member of the Georgia State University Real Estate Alumni, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and is a past member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) but will be attending the Las Vegas show in 2004.
