Alan Moyd

I specialize in retail, land, office, and industrial leasing and sales, including investments. After working with Chicora Development, Myrtle Beach, from 1984 to March of 1990, I began working for Newmark Grubb, Wilson/Kibler, Inc. in Columbia until October of 2016. As an Industrial Specialist, I am also a member of the SIOR, CCIM and also work with non-profit agencies. I am a member of Shandon Baptist Church and enjoy most all outdoor activities.
