William Wood - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

William Wood is an industrial real estate specialist, originally focusing on industrial tenant representation with Carter & Associates starting in 2003.
During his career in Commercial Real Estate he has qualified for the Million Dollar Club of the Atlanta Board of Realtors multiple years. William has leased and sold close to 1,000,000 square feet of real estate which includes industrial leases, industrial sales, office leases, and office sales. His clients include many local businesses as well as national and international companies such as Black & Decker, Kwikset, Mizuno, The Salvation Army, Kool Smiles, and Ekom Vitra.
William joined Commercial Property Professionals as a Principal in 2008, currently serving as a Vice President of the Industrial division.
William is actively involved with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and has served on the Community Service Committee and the Showtime Event Committee. He is a member of the Buckhead Optimist Club and also serves on the Atlanta Steeplechase Committee.
William grew up in Virginia and graduated from Radford University with a BBA in Business Management. He resides in Dunwoody with his wife, Susan, and their two children, Parker and Patrick.
