Mr. Montrose is a Principal and one of the founders of AMR Commercial, LLC. He began in commercial real estate in 1989 at Colquitt-Carruthers, Inc. where he remained until 1994 when he and two partners founded AMR. He specializes in leasing and sales in Montgomery County, Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. Bill has exclusively represented landlords such as Atlantic Realty, Royco, Inc., and Peel Properties. Tenant representation clients include United Therapeutics, Fidelity and Trust Mortgage, and EagleBank. Medical landlord and medical tenant representation are also a focal point in Mr. Montrose’s leasing and selling activities. Bill serves on the 2008 – 2010 Board of Directors of the CORE Real Estate Network which is nationally raked as 8th largest commercial real estate company by sales and leasing transaction dollar value.
