Bill joined Molton Allen and Williams, Inc. in 1974 as a salesman. In 1977, with partners, acquired the real estate division of the company, which operated as Molton Realty and Development Company. He remained with the firm after its acquisition by J. H. Berry in 1986. Bill has responsibility for overseeing commercial and industrial property operations. He devotes most of his time to brokerage of user properties.
