With his client-driven approach to providing real estate solutions, William McCullough has been directly responsible for over three million square feet of industrial leasing and sales in his 10-year industry tenure. His focus on both landlord and tenant representation centered in the Baltimore-Washington corridor provides his clients with the highest degree of specialization and market knowledge available.
Mr. McCullough has provided owners of property and land with leasing and sales consulting and expertise. His representative assignments include:
GE Capital Information Systems - the disposition of a 205,000-square-foot industrial facility
Iron City Sash & Door - negotiated the sale of a 87,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in Baltimore
Prudential Real Estate Investors - the leasing of over one million square feet in five distribution buildings
Browning Ferris Industries - the disposition of four properties totaling 164,000 square feet throughout Maryland
Security Enterprises - successfully leased the 156,000-square-foot Meadowridge Business Park in Howard County
Mr. McCullough has completed build-to-suits, leases, renewals, facility purchases and land acquisitions in over 180 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $120 million to clients such as:
Carrier Enterprises - negotiated several industrial leases in excess of over 80,000 square feet
Structural Preservation Systems - represented numerous transactions both nationally and locally, including a build-to-suit in Houston, TX and a 36,800 square foot lease in Howard County, MD
Coastal Sunbelt - negotiated the lease and purchase option of a 173,000-square-foot cooler/freezer industrial space
In addition to traditional brokerage services, Mr. McCullough provides lease consulting, disposition strategies, site selection, market research and corporate services throughout the Colliers network.
Mr. McCullough is civically involved with several organizations including Big Brother of America and Pets on Wheels and has successfully completed the Columbia, MD Triathlon and the Marine Corps Marathon.
