Wayne Ramoski - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

From 1987 to present, Wayne Ramoski has been representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers with leasing, acquisition and disposition of properties. His expertise includes representation for sales and leasing, land development, project/construction management and the packaging of various industrial assets for disposition or acquisition. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Wayne was a Vice President at Easton-Babcock Associates, Inc. and an Associate at the Doran Jason Company.

Wayne has had assignments ranging in excess of 1,500,000 square feet over the past twenty years. He co-leads the Ramoski/Smith/Bosch industrial team, which was formed in 2002. Since its conception, the team has completed in excess of $350,000,000 in transactions. His representation has included the following clientele:

Build-to-suit projects for Tropical Shipping and Dade Paper, where his team managed development from inception to completion, have received awards from Ernst & Young “2000 Best Real Estate Deal Finalist”, South Florida Business Journal’s “2003 Real Estate Deals of the Year” Finalist, and NAIOP’s “Build to Suit of the Year” for 2001 and 2003.

Wayne has a B.A. in Landscape Architecture and B.S. in Contract Management from Mississippi State University. He has received honors as C&W’s top producing Florida industrial broker, the Cushman & Wakefield Year 2000 and 2003 Brokerage Service Excellence Award for South Florida, and has led the Miami industrial office in production over numerous years. Affiliates have included the Industrial Association of Dade County (IADC) and NAIOP, past Director of the Miami Society of Commercial Realtors and a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Supply Chain Solutions “GSCS” Group.

Among his past community involvement, Wayne has served as Chairman of the Grievance and Ethics Committee, Chairman of the Realtors Political Action Committee, board member of the Miami Board of Realtors and the 1996 Realtor Associate of the Year, presented by the Commercial Society.
