Ward Entrekin - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Ward joined Carter in 2007 where he specializes in urban land and investment sales. Prior to joining Carter, Ward was a Vice President in the Brokerage Department at Ackerman & Co. During his time at Ackerman, Ward gained experience across a broad spectrum of the commercial real estate industry, including tenant and landlord representation, as well as, sales of office, multifamily, and industrial properties.

Bringing nine years of commercial real estate experience, Ward has a thorough understanding of the in-town Atlanta real estate market. Currently, Ward has a primary focus on the procurement of owner-occupied real estate for his clients, as well as the disposition of a number of bank owned properties throughout the Metro Area.
