Since joining L. J. Sheridan & Co., Wally Kruce has achieved great success in property management and leasing for landlords and tenants. He is involved in many aspects of L. J. Sheridan’s commercial real estate services, but has developed significant experience by advocating on behalf of office tenants. Wally is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is currently a student at DePaul’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, with an emphasize in real estate investment and finance. Wally lives in Geneva with his wife Diana and three children, Peter, Mary and James.
