Tyler Lupton - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Tyler Lupton joined Cutler Commercial in the summer of 1996, upon completion of a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona. Tyler has been exposed to the real estate market since early childhood as his father, Russ Lupton, is and has been involved in real estate development and brokerage since 1973. Having a background in finance enables Tyler to analyze both leasing and sales transactions to ensure that his clients get the best possible deal in the marketplace at the current time. Since joining Cutler Commercial, Tyler has been involved in several different types of real estate transactions including: office, industrial, automotive, retail, development, and land transactions.

Tyler has an exceptional ability to communicate effectively with the brokerage community, attorneys, as well as title and escrow companies, which allows him to maximize the probability of successfully completing both sales and leasing transactions with his clients best interest in mind.

Having been involved in the real estate industry for over thirteen (13) years enables Tyler to bring his “hands on” real estate experiences to the table to help new and existing clients find the right real estate opportunities. Tyler has been on both sides of many transactions, which enables him to realize what the other side is thinking, whether he is representing a landlord or a tenant. This comes in handy when negotiating real estate transactions, by giving each client the assurance that the marketing picture is being considered when Tyler negotiates on his client’s behalf.
