Troy W Collins - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Troy Collins recently started Collins Realty Group. Troy recently left Holt Lunsford Commercial, Inc. where was a Principal in the Houston Division. Troy spent the past seven years of his career as Vice President and Director of Yancey-Hausman’s Industrial Division.

Troy’s experience, integrity, enthusiasm and passion for industrial commercial real estate earned him top recognition as one of “Houston’s Heavy Hitters” which is a featured article published by Houston Business Journal regarding Houston’s top commercial real estate brokers. In addition, he is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Property Owners (NAIOP).

He is currently responsible for managing the real estate portfolios for multiple major firms, which include Airgas Corporation, Omni Oil Corporation, Louisville Ladder Group, LLC, and Bake Mark. Over the last ten years, Troy was directly responsible for over $250 million in real estate transactions (locally and nationally).
