Tripp Bradshaw - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Tripp joined Capital Associates in 1995. He has arranged numerous retail, office, and flex lease and sale transactions. Tripp is responsible for the marketing and leasing of Class A office properties throughout the Triangle including Springfield Place and The Summit in Raleigh, Weston One in Cary, The Concourse Lakeside buildings, 10 Laboratory Drive and 2605 Meridian Parkway along RTP's I-40 corridor and The Exchange at Meadowmont in Chapel Hill. He also handles the retail leasing at Reedy Creek Plaza in Cary.

Tripp has been involved in commercial real estate in Raleigh since 1986, leasing projects in the Research Triangle area and Eastern North Carolina. In 1989, he became associated with Developers Diversified, a national real estate investment trust. While there, he focused on the day-to-day leasing and management of retail space. He was responsible for the successful leasing and marketing of the company's 1.4 million square feet of new construction in North Carolina.

Tripp has served on the Board of Directors of TRAOBA (Triangle Area Office Building Association) and TCAR (Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors). He was President of TCAR in 1999. He is also active in the community, serving as a member of the Raleigh Transit Authority, Wake Medical Foundation's President's Circle, Raleigh Jaycees, Raleigh Board of Realtors, Council for Entrepreneurial Development, Meals on Wheels of Wake County and Board of Directors of the Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundation of North Carolina.
