Thomas E. Lucy III (Trey) began his commercial real estate career in Atlanta, GA with Cushman & Wakefield. Since moving to Charleston, SC in 2007 Trey has been involved in retail leasing and sales transaction volume in excess of 500,000 square feet and was instrumental in establishing The Retail Team’s presence as the premier provider of retail brokerage services in their market. Prior to joining Lincoln Harris, he was Vice President of Retail Services at Grubb & Ellis |WRS where along with his business partner, Blair Belk, created one of the largest portfolios of retail space available for lease in the entire South Carolina market. Trey provides his clients outstanding service putting integrity, honesty and communication at the forefront of every interaction. He is an active contributor to his community and is involved in various public service, professional, and community organizations. Trey, his wife Katie, and their daughter Sarah Kate live in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
