Mr. Cho has been involved in the acquisition, leasing, management and disposition of several hundred million dollars’ worth of assets over the past decade. He regularly consults for Fortune 500 companies, credit tenants, and investors.
The real estate veteran also owns and manages a real estate portfolio of industrial, multi-family and residential real estate and was most recently recognized for assembling over 20 contiguous acres of land in Wynwood-the arts epicenter in the urban core of Miami-for future development.
Recognized for his vision and contributions in working to transform Miami’s urban core, Mr. Cho was selected as the Urban Land Institute’s prestigious 2011 Young Leader of the Year.

Mr. Cho currently serves on the Commercial Board of Governors for the Miami Association of Realtors®; as president of the Board of Directors for the Non-Violence Project; on the Executive Committee for the Friends of the New World Symphony; and on the Retail Advisory Board of the Downtown Development Authority (DDA). He is also an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), South Florida Commercial Alliance, Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF), Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association, and Wynwood Arts District Association (WADA).

Mr. Cho holds his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) certifications.
