Mr. Semancik’s educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University in 1983 and a
BA in Mathematics from the University of Cincinnati in 1972. Prior to commercial real estate brokerage Mr.
Semancik was employed by, Levi Strauss & Co. in various financial and operational management positions in
several locations over a period of 10 years. His final position with Levi Strauss was as Director of Finance,
