Todd B Collins - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Since 1988 Mr. Collins has been involved in the Portland commercial real estate marketplace. His activities have been focused on industrial and office transactions. While most of his business has been completed within the Portland metropolitan area, he has placed out of state requirements in other metropolitan areas.

Mr. Collins has become a market expert in the Pearl District, Guild’s Lake Industrial District, Swan Island and Rivergate industrial areas. In each of these areas, Mr. Collins has completed landmark transactions.

Mr. Collins has been the recipient of SIOR’s Industrial Deal of the Year three times through five nominations. His work has required an understanding of current zoning laws and political nuances in each of the submarkets that he practices in. The majority of his success has been based on the development of relationships with the large corporations within his area of interest.

Mr. Collins has completed some of the largest investment sales recorded in the Portland marketplace since 1995 and a corporate relocation of over 1,000 employees to a 500,000 SF office campus in Vancouver, Washington. This business has further enhanced his standing with local property owners and institutional clients.
