Timothy R Hearn - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

As CEO of the company, Tim Hearn is actively involved in the review of the properties, annual budgets, monthly accounts receivable and other owner aspects of the properties being managed by the firm.

As one of the region’s leading commercial brokers, he represents landlords and developers for office and industrial parks along the I-95 corridor including Route Seven Commerce Center, Clayton Station Business Park, Woodbridge, Hidden Grove Business Park, as well as dozens of retail site locations. Over the past decade, Tim has worked with several of the company’s corporate clients in their real estate requirements and has successfully completed dozens of leases and sales across the country.

During the course of his 25-year career, Tim has received a number of awards and honors, including Commercial Realtor of the Year and Unique Transaction of the Year. He was also named to the Baltimore Business Journal list of “Top 40 Under 40” that identifies prominent young leaders in the area and one of the “Top 10 Producers” of the region’s real estate brokers.

· Sale of the Harundale Mall, a 330,000 SF project owned by the Rouse Company
· Sale of 303 International Circle, a 135,000 SF, $18 million office building located in Hunt Valley, Maryland
· $95 million sale of the Seton Court/Dell House mixed development, a 67,000 SF office building with 50 apartment units in Baltimore City
· Sale of the Jefferson Park Building, a $7.25 million medical facility in Charlottesville, Virginia, to the University of Virginia Health System
· Sale of a portfolio of Net Leased Investments for Vanguard Equities, Inc.
· As components of several 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange transactions, the sale of five retail/office properties in the Baltimore suburbs
· Team leader for T.A. Associates Realty account including leasing and management for a portfolio office and warehouse assignments in the Baltimore-Annapolis-Washington area
