Timothy D. Cross, President and Owner of Syndicon Properties, Inc., offers a diverse history of real estate experience as an asset manager, developer, consultant, and strategist marketing commercial/investment real estate properties. Prior to founding Syndicon Properties, Inc. in 1973 he was the Director of Investment Property Sales for the Coral Ridge Properties, Inc., Westinghouse Electric Corporation’s community development subsidiary that created the City of Coral Springs.

Mr. Cross received his B.S. degree in Economics from West Virginia University and his M.B.A. degree from Nova University. He has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM), the highest nationally recognized professional achievement level in the field of commercial investment real estate. He was awarded the SIOR (Specialist, Industrial and Office Real Estate) designation by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, an exclusive membership comprised of the most highly credentialed specialists in the industry. He was awarded the Certified International Property Specialists designation (CIPS), as part of a global networking organization of specialists in international and real estate. He is a member of the South Florida Office Broker’s Association, a network of the areas most respected office market specialists.

In addition to his activities at Syndicon Properties, Inc., he serves as President and Principal of SPI Financial, Inc., a real estate investment banking and financial advisory services firm. He is licensed by the State of Florida Department of Banking and Finance as a Mortgage Broker.

Mr. Cross was a gubernatorial appointment serving two terms as a member of the Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design, was a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and is a past President of the local Association of Realtors. He is also a former Coral Springs, Florida City Commissioner and has continued to be active in the community serving on various boards and committees. Less
