Tim Reid - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Mr. Reid has 12 years experience in the Boise commercial real estate market and has successfully completed
many tenant representation, landlord and development assignments. Mr. Reid has worked with and
established productive relationships with many of the local developers, landlords, city officials and economic
development agencies. He is highly regarded among his fellow colleagues and presented at both the 2004
and 2006 BOMA Symposiums.
Mr. Reid has focused on the following areas of specialization: Tenant representation, brokerage, consulting,
