Thomas joined ERA Wilder Realty, Inc. in 2010 with 16 years in real estate brokerage, construction and development experience. He is the former owner of Wingard''''s Pharmacy, Greenwood Pharmacy and Wingard Real Estate and Construction in Greenwood, SC. Wingard is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he lettered three years in football. Wingard has been very active in community and political affairs having served on Greenwood City Council for two years and Mayor of Greenwood for twelve years.
