Milbrook Properties is a 4th generation family business celebrating 75 years in Real Estate. Headquarter in Manhasset, NY, Milbrook owns and manages 60 properties in New York, New Jersey and Florida.

Thomas LiPuma joined Milbrook Properties in 2003 as a Partner and Director of Acquisitions. His primary responsibilities focus on acquisitions, financing, leasing and portfolio analysis. Together with his partners, Tom has contributed to the significant growth of the Milbrook Portfolio successfully completing the disposition and acquisition of over 30 assets, which has brought the total portfolio value to over $850,000,000.

Tom grew up in Rockland County where He attended St Joseph Regional High School before studying at St. Bonaventure University for His undergraduate degree in Business and then Iona College for his MBA.

Tom currently resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife and three children and enjoys biking, golf, scuba diving and travel.
