Thomas Hernandez - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Since completing his post graduate degree, Thomas has focused on tenant and landlord representation services and all aspects of investment underwriting, acquisition and disposition analysis. Thomas has been directly involved in real estate transactions representing 17 million square feet and $2.9 billion in value. Prior to focusing solely on brokerage services, Thomas was an investment analyst and a key resource on John Carter’s record breaking investments services team.

Prior to joining Carter, Thomas’ responsibilities included client development, marketing, accounting, financial analysis and overseeing internal processes at Tindale-Oliver & Associates and Prudential Financial Services in Tampa.
