Thomas M Boulware - Commercial Real Estate Showcase

Thomas M. Boulware, VI, has lived in Charleston since 1988, where he attended The College of Charleston and earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He began his commercial real estate career in 1997 and received the CCIM professional designation in 2002. He began working with Realticorp Commercial Investment Fund in 2003. In November of 2005, Thomas helped launch Vanguard Development Group, LLC as the vice president of brokerage services.

Thomas’s primary focus in brokerage has been buyer representation in both retail and industrial properties. His knowledge of the market and ability to procure sites that are not actively marketed for sale, have contributed to his success as a broker. From 2005 to present he has closed more than $65,000,000 in transactions.

Thomas is a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, SC CCIM Chapter and CCIM National and served on the state board of the Coastal Conservation Association. Less
