After graduating from Purdue University in the spring of 2002, Terry M.Grapenthin joined Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate in September of that same year. His focus is working with established local entrepreneurial companies based primarily out of Chicago with at least one location. Terry establishes a real estate plan for his clients. Depending on the clients need, Terry provides a professional partnership with each client for their acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial property and commercial land. Terry and his partners within Cawley Chicago have a combined 30 years of commercial real estate experience and have established a strong track record for succeeding in representing the best interest of their buyers, tenant, landlords and sellers.

Terry has represented companies such as; CenterPoint Properties, TCB Development, Columbus McKinnon, Wrightwood Capital, Oak Realty Group and MWI Plumbing to name a few.
