Background & Experience
Terry was appointed Chief Operating Officer for NAI Horizon in 2006 and became the Designated Broker in early 2008. She has been employed in various capacities by NAI Horizon, AMO and their affiliated companies since 1985. She has over 30 years of accounting and operational experience including over 25 years in commercial real estate with an emphasis on property management, asset management, development and finance.
Prior to joining NAI Horizon Terry was the general manager for Johnson Brothers Building Services. Her responsibilities included overseeing a sales force of 12 outside sales people, managing a janitorial service company with over 80 employees and a hardwood floor installation company with 10 employees. She was responsible for managing all aspects of the company and successfully restructured the company making it profitable within 1 year of joining the firm.
Prior to joining Johnson Brothers, Terry was a staff accountant for Lehman and Associates.
