Teresa Corbin is a senior commercial real estate professional with a 23 year history of professional accomplishments in the San Antonio and South Texas markets. Her experience includes, project feasibility, strategic planning, tenant and project representation for lease and sale transactions, office and medical condo sales, financial analysis, investment sale transactions and property management.

Prior to joining Endura Advisory Group Teresa was a Senior Vice President and office broker at the Grubb & Ellis Company for over 11 years where she was a consistent top producer and a member of their national office council. Teresa has completed more than 35 million square feet of successful sale and lease transactions for office, industrial, retail and land during her career representing institutional and corporate organizations, as well as regional and local firms.

Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Teresa served as Vice President and head of agency leasing, asset disposition and property management for the San Antonio office of ARES, Inc., a Division of MONY. She was also Senior Marketing Representative and top producer for Aequus Property where she was responsible for industrial and flex office leasing and sales. Teresa’s focus continues to be the San Antonio office market and providing her clients with an innovative and integral approach to their project objectives.
